McCann Building Services has been established since 1989 and is proud of it’s achievements.

Our client list includes companies such as Dominos Pizza, Cardiff Lift Co., Gwerin Housing Assoc., Darlows Estate Agents, McDonalds, TGI Fridays, Western Property Services, Triumph Interiors, Admiral Insurance, Olivers, Stead & Simpsons, Countrywide Commercial, Commercial Union, Lazarou Properties, Health Call, A.G. Shopfitting, Horace John Forse & Co., U.K. Maintenance, Clive Ranger and R.H. Steel & Co., in construction with Peacocks and Safeways. McCann Building Services has many more clients including Private and Residential.

At Cardiff Lift Company, McCann Building Services constructed a new spray room, offices, reception area, first aid room, staff room and board room, McCann also constructed the new porch entrance.  All plumbing, plastering, carpentry, bricklaying and electrics were carried out by McCann Building Services within budget and on time.

The Moat House Hotel called McCann Building Services to carry out emergency works to the Hotel and leisure spa, including rebuilding the roof above the lift shaft, refurbishing the staff room, staff toilets and leisure toilets.

With Cardiff Forte Poste House, McCann Building Services were called in  to carry out emergency repairs to the hotel and leisure spa. McCann also carried out general maintenance to all rooms within the hotel including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, roofing and tiling.
