The work was completed over a time frame of nearly 8 months.

The team always arrived before 8am, worked hard all day with minimal break for lunch and through all weathers.

We needed a lintel replacing above our living room window. I called a few people for a quote and Mal was the first to come out. He clearly explained what the work involved would be and quoted us what seemed like a fair price. We went ahead, dates were agreed. On the day Mal and the team turned up, carried out the work as described and were very efficient. The work was completed quicker than we expected which was great as we could then get back to normal. Minimal mess and disruption, exceptionally efficient and a great job. Would highly recommend.

We had a crack on our external wall which needed looking at along with a section of our kitchen wall that needed to be replastered.



McCann builders were very professional and thorough throughout their work.Not only was the crack dealt with,they also sorted out another crack further down the wall at the same time. The inside wall was treated and plastered beautifully.

A dripping pipe in the bathroom above meant that our dining room ceiling got slowly sodden and needed re-plastering. Mr. McCann came out promptly and gave a very reasonable estimate. The work was completed soon after this by three gentlemen who worked skillfully and quickly and did an excellent job. They were also a pleasure to have in our home. I shall use McCann Building Services again and have no hesitation in recommending their work to others.
